Believe Leadership maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its clients, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this Site indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding agreement between you and Believe Leadership. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Believe Leadership provides various materials, videos, audio presentations, infographics, powerpoint presentations, guided activity worksheets, self-coaching tools, guided journaling and questionnaires on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Believe Leadership authorises each User to view and download Materials for their use only except where indicated as Team Training Activities. Materials may be downloaded and printed. Users are to make no modifications to the Materials. Believe Leadership retains all copyright on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.
2. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other test preparation company and the Site and Materials are solely for the purpose of developing your Leadership Mastery.
3. User Access
The User is nominated when the program is purchased. The login access provided is solely for the User and not to be shared. If additional access is desired, an additional program is to be purchased.
4. Payment
Up-to-date payment is required to maintain access to the online program. Where this is paid in full at commencement, access to the program will remain for the program duration (see 5. Program Duration). Where the program is accessed via a payment subscription, should a payment be declined, Believe Leadership Online will advise the user to provide an opportunity for this to be rectified. Should the subscription remain unpaid access to the online program will be halted until the payment issue is resolved.
5. Program Duration
Program Duration is set as per the Package you are enrolled in. If you find yourself in extenuating circumstances and would like your access extended, requests are to be made in writing to [email protected] for consideration. When you have completed a Program and move into your next Program, you maintain access to all programs for the duration of your enrolment, effectively extending your access to the original program for an additional period.
6. Copyright
All content and Materials contained within these programs are the property of Believe Leadership and for the User’s training only and not to be used for any other purpose except where Believe Leadership provides express written permission. Believe Leadership does not hold copyright over any external, publicly accessible content embedded in the programs. Copyright is held by the primary author and/or host of that content.
7. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Believe Leadership has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
8. No Warranty
While we do our best to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content and Materials provided, the Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
